Is there anything in the works with these plans yet? I've seen the idea kicked around a few times, but was wondering if they'll be available for a complete build-up in the library any time soon. Don't mean to rush the kind-hearted folk who have taken on this challenge or anything, just trying to plan out my summer... John, would the plans be a short/standard scale? 14 or 12 fret? Thanks everyone. |

I'm building one at the moment after shamelessly pilfering the dimensions from the photos of John How's hand drawn plans in the Guitar Project link at the very top of this page. Scale is 24.75" 12 fret. So it's possible to start building whenever you want, less work to just wait for the plans though. I put the back on mine yesterday, it's a very nice little guitar, great design. |

No I still have not recieved the hand drawing from John How or Don Williams Who resently located them under a stack of wood from what I understand. |
